Scholarships Offered to Study in Europe
Europe offers scholarships ranging from 1,000 to 15,000 euros, for Indian students who wish to study abroad. Here’s an overview of the various scholarships you can apply for:
- Charpak Scholarship – Charpak is the French government scholarship program in India. It provides support for bachelor’s and master’s degree students. The fellowship is awarded by the French Embassy in India, the Department of Science and Technology (DST), and France’s Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
- Franco-Indian Education Trust – Established in August 2017 to facilitate the mobility of students, educators, researchers and young professionals from India to France and vice versa for long or short-term training or academic program.
- Eiffel Scholarship Program of Excellence – Funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the program assists French educational institutions in attracting international students for master’s and Ph.D. diploma programs.

Entry Criteria to Study in Europe
To enter Europe, a student should have completed grade 12th or equivalent diploma in India in order to be eligible to apply to Europe. Minimum grade required is just 50%. Below are the application requirements:
